First prototype PCB and panel

For the last couple of months I’ve been working on a small VC spring reverb module.

At the moment it looks like 6HP, with voltage control of reverb level via a vactrol, a simple tilt EQ circuit to shape the sound of the reverb and a spare ‘wet’ output to make it easier to patch feedback.

The circuit is inspired by: Roy Mallory’s tech note, Rod Elliot’s tech note, Aaron Lanterman & David Brown & Mark Verbos‘s work on Don Buchla’s crossfade circuits and Douglas Self’s ‘Small Signal Audio Design‘.
